This collection of volunteer student bloggers are on the forefront of Food Studies. Combining psychology, community development and culinary knowledge these students understand the connection between local food and community health. UVM graduate student Jake Lahne wants to examine Vermont artisan cheese under the same standards used by national taste manufacturers. How will he measure the local food experience?
